MICHELLE CULBERTSON
Michelle Culbertson (Elected to the board in 2022) spent 37 years with Marriott International. She spent 15 years in Global Sales managing resources across the organization to drive loyalty, preference and increased profitable share. Michelle created Marriott’s Annual Defense Symposium fostering collaboration between hotels, defense customers, and the GSA.
She closed out her Marriott career leading a strategic team driving top-line revenue for a portfolio of hotels. Collaborating with discipline partners, optimizing resources, and executing strategies drove increased revenue goals and market share performance for these hotels.
Today, Michelle is the Chief Business Officer for NDT Solutions LLC. She manages the business development for the company by leveraging her experience of working with the top 5 US based defense contractors to help navigate new contract awards that are profitable to the company. Michelle is a Life Patron of the Flight Test Museum Foundation.
