REX MOEN
PARLIAMENTARIAN

Rex Moen (Elected to Board in 1999) is a retired District Director for State Senator, William J. “Pete” Knight. He is a retired Lieutenant Colonel, U.S. Army and retired manager, Southern California Edison Company. Rex and his wife Janine have 19 children, 49 grandchildren, and 25 great grandchildren.

Rex has been a Private Pilot since 1959 and is a SCUBA Diver. He has earned an A.A. Degree from Barstow College; a B.S. Degree in Business Administration from California State University, Northridge; and Certificate In Business Management from U.C.L.A.

Rex is an Alumnus of the National Security Forum at the Air War College. He is also a Past California State President of the Air and Space Forces Association, and a Past President and currently the Vice-President of Community Partners of the William J. “Pete” Knight Chapter of the Air and Space Forces Association (AFA).

Rex is a Life Member of the following organizations: Air and Space Forces Association, Navy League of the United States, Association of the United States Army, National Guard Association of the United States, National Guard Association of California, Military Officers Association of America, Republican National Committee, National Association of Retired and Veteran Railway Employees, Association of Mature American Citizens, and the National Rifle Association. Rex is a Life Patron of the Flight Test Museum Foundation.
