TONI GLASER

A Test and Evaluation Department Manager for the HALE and Special Projects Center at Northrop Grumman, Toni Burgos Glaser leads a department of 100+ technical professionals on multiple programs including the NG G-IV Flying Test Bed. She has leadership experience wearing many hats in areas of new business development, new product launch, new division creation, business process streamlining, M&A data dev/rec, DOD contractor facility security, marketing, website development, flight test operations, flight training operations, sales, and corporate communications in small to medium sized aerospace companies.

Toni is an ATP certificated pilot with over 2500 flight hours in transport category and business class aircraft. A Multi Engine, Single Engine, Instrument, and Instructor Pilot, she is qualified to also teach CFI candidates. Toni has demonstrated successes as a Facility Security Officer (FSO) establishing initial company Secret Facility Clearance sponsored by the DOD/USAF as well as leadership as Insider Threat Prevention Security Officer (ITPSO) fostering program inception requirements and implementation. Her current affiliations include Alpha Eta Rho National Board of Directors Member and previous Chairman, InfraGuard Los Angeles Member, and AOPA Airport Support Network Volunteer. Toni is a Life Patron of the Flight Test Museum Foundation.
